Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, ensure smooth customer journeys, and improve website performance.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including traffic, sales, and conversion rates, to refine marketing strategies.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure the business remains competitive.

Product Development:

Collaborate with the product development team to create and launch new products or services that meet customer needs and align with brand positioning.

Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product development and enhancements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure product offerings are effectively marketed and meet consumer demands.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing).

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.

Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.

Utilize marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads, ensuring campaigns are optimized for lead generation and conversion.

Sales & Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Work with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, optimizing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends for senior management.

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Develop strategies to engage customers and improve retention through personalized marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, and customer feedback loops.
