Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Developer to drive product development, market research, and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a deep understanding of product development, competitive pricing, and consumer preferences. You will play a key role in market research, supplier and production coordination, and ensuring that products are effectively positioned in the market to meet customer demands and achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development:

    • Collaborate with product development teams to create new products that align with market demands and consumer preferences.

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product development and improvement.

    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch.

    • Ensure that new products meet quality standards and are ready for launch within budget and on schedule.

  2. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.

    • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor products to develop actionable insights.

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for product enhancements and market positioning.

    • Gather data through surveys, focus groups, and other market research methods to understand customer behavior and preferences.

  3. Supplier & Production Coordination:

    • Work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and costs are controlled.

    • Assist in the sourcing and management of materials, ensuring smooth production processes.

    • Monitor production schedules and make necessary adjustments to avoid delays.

  4. Competitive Pricing:

    • Conduct pricing research to determine competitive pricing strategies for new and existing products.

    • Collaborate with pricing teams to set competitive and profitable prices based on market analysis and cost factors.

    • Analyze competitor pricing models and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

  5. Effective Market Positioning:

    • Develop strategies for positioning products effectively in the market to maximize their appeal to target customers.

    • Work with sales teams to define key selling points and ensure that the product positioning aligns with marketing and sales efforts.

    • Create product messaging and positioning statements that clearly communicate product value propositions.

  6. Quality Control & Improvement:

    • Oversee the quality control processes for new and existing products, ensuring they meet company standards.

    • Implement continuous improvements in product design, quality, and production to enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

  7. Offline Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to promote products and services, including trade shows, events, and local marketing efforts.

    • Plan and execute targeted offline campaigns such as print media, brochures, and flyers to reach specific customer segments.

    • Coordinate offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness in local and regional markets.

  8. Offline Market Demand & Consumer Preference:

    • Analyze offline market demand and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    • Develop strategies to adapt product offerings based on offline consumer preferences and regional variations.

    • Engage with key offline distributors and retailers to gain insights into consumer buying behavior and preferences.

  9. Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare detailed reports on market research findings, product development progress, and marketing campaign performance.

    • Maintain accurate records of market research, product specifications, pricing analysis, and campaign results.

    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding product performance, market trends, and consumer feedback.

  10. Communication & Collaboration:

  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and production) to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

  • Effectively communicate market insights and product development ideas to cross-functional teams.

  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms for product sourcing and production.
