Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Developer to drive product development, market research, and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a deep understanding of product development, competitive pricing, and consumer preferences. You will play a key role in market research, supplier and production coordination, and ensuring that products are effectively positioned in the market to meet customer demands and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product development teams to create new products that align with market demands and consumer preferences.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product development and improvement.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch.

Ensure that new products meet quality standards and are ready for launch within budget and on schedule.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.

Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor products to develop actionable insights.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for product enhancements and market positioning.

Gather data through surveys, focus groups, and other market research methods to understand customer behavior and preferences.

Supplier & Production Coordination:

Work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and costs are controlled.

Assist in the sourcing and management of materials, ensuring smooth production processes.

Monitor production schedules and make necessary adjustments to avoid delays.

Competitive Pricing:

Conduct pricing research to determine competitive pricing strategies for new and existing products.

Collaborate with pricing teams to set competitive and profitable prices based on market analysis and cost factors.
