Position: Sr. Manager/DGM - HR & Admin
Location: Vapi
Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, especially for manufacturing and technical roles.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisals, set up goal-setting frameworks, and ensure continuous employee feedback.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, design and implement training programs to improve employee competencies and productivity.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards, keeping up to date with labor law changes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation strategies.
- Organizational Development: Support leadership in driving organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.

- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - MSW/LLB/MBA - HR
Salary :- Upto 18.00 LPA
