Job Description:

• Ensuring Compliance:

   

  • Adhering to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies related to employee welfare. 
     
  • Maintaining records and documentation related to employee benefits and welfare schemes. 
     
• Employee Welfare:

   

   

  • Organizing and implementing welfare programs, such as health and safety initiatives, recreational activities, and counseling services. 
     
  • Addressing employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively. 
     
  • Ensuring access to basic amenities and facilities as per labor laws. 
     
• Communication and Liaison:

   

  • Acting as a bridge between management and workers, facilitating open communication and addressing concerns. 
     
  • Maintaining good relationships with factory staff and workers. 
     
• Training and Awareness:

   

  • Conducting orientation programs for new employees and providing training on relevant topics, such as safety and hygiene. 
     
  • Organizing awareness programs on various welfare issues. 
     
• Monitoring and Evaluation:

   

  • Monitoring the implementation of welfare schemes and programs. 
     
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of welfare initiatives and making recommendations for improvement. 

Experience in making ppt using MS, Power Point and AI powered tools like Canva
Drive welfare activity and strengthen Gm
Empower workers by providing trainings on various social & labour practices, Environmental, CTPAT ,brand requirements time to time.
