Job Description:

Position:         Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Logistics(Exports) 

Location:        Umbergaon

Experience:     4 - 8 Years

Industries:      Medical Devices & Equipment

Responsibilities:

• To prepare order booking and order execution statements at the end of every month.
• To prepare custom shipping documents and sending to the client for approval.
• To regular Coordination with CHA for freight and vessel sailing schedule and dispatch plan.
• Regular coordination with the production department for dispatches and readiness of material.
• To prepare, send shipping documents to CHA and Umbergaon commercial team for dispatch.
• To submit a custom invoice along with Tax invoice (INR) or spare equipment and repairs to the account department.
• To check and submit vendor invoices with supporting documents to account departments for releasing payment.
• Post shipments docs should be handled excluding bank post shipments docs.
• Prepare the master list regarding the shipments.
• Prepare to fright, collect data.
• To prepare Export Custom Invoice for customs.

Required Skills:

• Giving dispatch on request through calls and mails.
• Attending a production meeting for get a dispatch plan.
• Sending vehicle dispatch details to clients ( LR number, Driver name, vehicle number) Coordination of sales related issues.
• Coordination with the production team and logistics team.
• Coordination for unloading.
• To prepare Commercial Invoice for customers.
• To prepare packing and continuation sheets and send the same to the customer for approval.
• To plan the dispatches of the month along with sales representatives as per billing requirements.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
