Job Description:
Customer Handling
- Responsible for the QMS
- Responsible for communication with customers-on-customers
feedback/complaints related to quality
- Entertain customers on customers visits related to QMS.
- To ensure we are technically compliant for all customers
- Ensure zero customer complaints on quality.
- Ensure final audit pass% is 100%.
- Responsible for all quality systems from material inwards to final
dispatch of garments.
- Responsible for achieving internal quality key parameters
o 1/ Alteration % should be less than 5%
o 2/DHU%- Should be less than 3%
o 3/Top 3 defects in checking final audits/final audits, there root
cause and corrective action
o 4/garment rejections- should be zero
- Ensure regular weekly/monthly reviews with respective quality teams
- Responsible for implementation of continuous improvement projects
like
o 1/ 5S
o 2/ Kaizens
o 3/Visual displays
o 4/Right first time
- Responsible for quality compliance factory audits
- Identify skill gaps/training needs and ensuring timely actions are taken to fill the gaps in the quality team.
- Ensure day to day problem solving and timely decision making to
resolve quality issues
- Working transparently and keeping the top management informed of
quality issues.
