Product: CASA (Current & Savings Account) Sales
Location: Bhachau
Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹10 LPA
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Preferred Relationship Manager to drive CASA sales and manage high-value banking relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail banking and portfolio management, with excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and manage high-value CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Provide personalized financial solutions to customers and enhance portfolio value.

Ensure cross-selling of banking products such as loans, insurance, and investment products.

Drive customer engagement through regular interactions and portfolio reviews.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
Key Requirements:
✔️ 4-6 years of experience in Retail Banking.
✔️ Expertise in Portfolio Management and Relationship Building.
✔️ Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to drive sales targets and customer retention.
