Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple Industrial Fire Protection System projects across India. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical expertise in fire protection systems, and the ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously. This role requires extensive travel to project sites, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project execution within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Develop and implement project execution plans for multiple sites.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality & safety standards.

Lead project kickoff meetings and set clear deliverables for the site teams.

2. Site Supervision & Coordination
Manage 3-5 project sites across India and oversee work progress.

Regularly visit sites to monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance.

Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and workers to streamline operations.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure smooth communication regarding work progress, approvals, and site clearances.

Provide periodic project updates and reports to senior management.

4. Material & Resource Management
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials at sites.

Monitor material consumption and control project costs.

Manage vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution.

5. Billing & Documentation
Oversee project billing, work certification, and documentation at each site.

Ensure all project-related documents, reports, and approvals are properly maintained.

6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure strict adherence to fire protection codes, NFPA, TAC, and local regulations.

Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance across all project sites.

Address any site-related risks and implement preventive measures.

Requirements:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Fire Protection Systems Project Management.
