Cluster Head- Prime Home Loans/ Hyderabad
Job Description:
1. Business Growth & Sales Strategy:
-
Drive the home loan business in the assigned cluster, ensuring achievement of targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase penetration in the market.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, real estate agents, and DSA channels.

Monitor and improve productivity of the sales team.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
-
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and other team members.

Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and provide guidance to improve productivity.

Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Credit & Risk Management:
-
Ensure quality sourcing of home loans with a focus on credit discipline and minimal delinquencies.

Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
-
Maintain portfolio health by keeping NPAs under control and ensuring timely collections.
4. Market & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Develop initiatives to strengthen the bank’s market presence and differentiate offerings.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Ensure superior customer service by addressing grievances and providing solutions.

Enhance customer experience through digital and physical touchpoints.

Work on increasing customer retention and cross-sell opportunities.
