Company Overview:
A prominent retail group in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager to handle daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision. This role is ideal for candidates with 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing sectors, particularly those with strong operational knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.

Ensure accurate and timely stock handling, inventory updates, and documentation.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse premises.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
-
Implement and monitor inventory management procedures to minimize shrinkage, damage, and discrepancies.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.

Ensure FIFO, LIFO, or FEFO practices as per product category and shelf life.
3. Team Supervision & Coordination

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, loaders, and supervisors.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to operational SOPs.

Conduct training and ensure the team follows health, safety, and hygiene standards.
4. System & Documentation Management

Operate and maintain records in WMS/ERP systems and update stock data in real time.

Prepare daily MIS reports including inward/outward movements, inventory levels, and dispatch timelines.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store operations teams for smooth movement of goods.
5. Logistics Coordination

Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Work with transport partners and fleet teams to optimize dispatch planning and vehicle utilization.

Handle reverse logistics, returns processing, and damage claims efficiently.
Key Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 10 years in warehouse operations within Retail / E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / Logistics / Warehousing industries.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Excel reporting.

Soft Skills: Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.

Language: Good command over English; knowledge of French is a plus.
