Job Description:
Position Overview:
Head Technical Trade Sales will be responsible for leading and expanding the company’s sales initiatives in the respective sector for Bihar state .
This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen to drive revenue growth, enhance customer relationships, and position the company as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for TMT products that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support to clients and sales teams, ensuring that they are informed about product specifications, applications, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs and ensure timely product launches.
- Sales Performance: Set and monitor sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve growth objectives.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the technical knowledge and sales skills of the team.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Full time) in Civil Engineering is a must; In addition, an MBA is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical sales within the cement or building materials industry in Bihar state , with at least 5 to 8 years in a leadership role
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cement products, applications, and industry standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive performance, and manage change.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
