GET - QUALITY CHECKER

 Develop and maintain a quality management system to achieve quality
objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Prepare, revise, and upgrade quality plans, including inspection
procedures, in accordance with process reliability, stability, and client
expectations.
 Implement a robust QA and QC plan and mechanism across the entire
operation to ensure quality standards are met.
 Conduct process capability exercises for each product variety at each
station and determine optimal process parameters for desired quality.
 Train and mentor engineers, technicians, operators, and workers on
operational safety, station-specific SOPs, quality norms, and QMS.
 Participate actively in new product development, vendor assessments,
process audits, and supporting sales efforts to onboard new clients and
suppliers.
 Review product configurations for booked orders, communicate quality
requirements across departments, and personally monitor critical
quality inspections.
 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate
resources are available for quality testing and assessment.
 Maintain the lab and all equipment, apparatus, gauges, and measuring
instruments in a calibrated and approved condition.
 Respond promptly to and resolve issues reported by clients,
management, and other stakeholders.
 Escalate issues to higher authorities and seek clarifications and
approvals to address shortfalls and anticipated failures.
 Review production plans, monitor quality at defined stages,
troubleshoot issues, and ensure only acceptable quality products are
shipped to clients.
 Submit verified and authenticated daily, weekly, and monthly quality
reports, analyze reworks, rejections, and root causes, and implement

corrective and preventive actions.
 Plan and assign work, duties, shifts, tasks, and improvement projects to
subordinates in alignment with ABP/KRA/KPIs.
 Review check sheets, quality reports, rework and rejection data, and
initiate actions for continuous improvement.
 Promote operational safety, 5S, Kaizen, LEAN manufacturing, waste
reduction, suggestion systems, and a harmonious work culture.
 Troubleshoot and analyze rejections, reworks, customer complaints,
failures, delays, and wastes, identify root causes, and implement
effective action plans.
 Execute tasks assigned by superiors and management.
 Prepare daily QC activities, allocate work, review results against norms,
and take actions to minimize reworks and rejections.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production,
Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Sales, and Purchase, to resolve issues
impacting delivery commitments and quality objectives.
 Track and resolve recurring quality issues at each production station by
collaborating with production and maintenance teams.
 Assume the responsibilities of senior or subordinate team members in
their absence or on leave.
 Train, delegate, and mentor subordinates to develop leadership skills
and ensure departmental stability and long-term success.
 Provide training on important settings, quality objectives, RFT (Right
First Time), QMS, quality norms, client expectations, process audits, and
handling non-conformity products.
 Prepare and execute QMS and BIS audits, conduct internal quality and
process audits, and assess suppliers' processes.
Maintain quality records, documents, processes, and procedures in compliance
with QMS standards and customer-specific agreements.
