Job Description:

QUALITY CHECKER INSPECTOR

 Devise and implement a quality management system to achieve quality
objectives and customer satisfaction.
 Prepare, revise, and upgrade the Quality Plan and Inspection Plan in
line with process reliability, stability, and client expectations.
 Implement a robust QA and QC plan across all operations and ensure its
effective implementation.
 Conduct process capability exercises for each variety at each station
and determine optimum process parameters for quality control.
 Train engineers, technicians, operators, and workers on operational
safety, SOPs, quality norms, QMS, self-inspection, and record-keeping.
 Play an active role in new product development, vendor assessment
audits, process audits, and expanding the supplier base.
 Review product configuration of booked orders, communicate quality
requirements, and personally monitor critical quality inspections.
 Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure resource adequacy and capability for quality testing.
 Maintain the laboratory and all equipment, apparatus, gauges, and
measuring instruments in an up-to-date condition with calibration and
approval.
 Respond to and resolve issues reported by clients, management, and
other stakeholders, escalating when necessary.
 Review production plans, monitor first piece and in-process quality,
troubleshoot and resolve quality issues to ensure only acceptable
quality is shipped.
 Prepare and submit verified quality reports, analyze reworks, rejections,
and implement corrective and preventive actions.
 Plan and assign work, duties, shifts, tasks, and improvement projects to
subordinates, review and monitor their performance.
 Set quality objectives and targets, review individual and station

performance, and initiate corrective and preventive actions for
improvement.
 Review check sheets, quality reports, data related to rework and
rejections, and initiate actions for improvement.
 Plan and approve leaves, conduct interviews, assess candidates,
approve/reject purchase requests, validate suggestions, and promote a
harmonious work culture.
 Troubleshoot and analyze all types of rejections, complaints, failures,
delays, and wastes, identify root causes, and implement corrective
actions.
 Execute tasks assigned by superiors and management to support
overall quality objectives.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and ensure
committed deliveries and quality objectives are met.
 Monitor recurring quality issues at each production station and
collaborate with production and maintenance teams for resolution.
 Assume responsibilities of seniors and subordinates when they are
absent or on leave.
 Train, delegate, and mentor subordinates to develop leadership skills
and ensure the stability and long-term success of the department.
 Conduct training sessions on important settings, quality objectives,
QMS, audits, non-conformity handling, and maintaining quality records.
 Maintain quality records, documents, and procedures according to QMS
standards and customer-specific agreements.
