Job Description:

Job Summary: Assistant Manager Corporate Communications &  EA to manage Internal communication, corporate social media handling, manage top management/CXO’s schedule/calendar. Should have good command over English-oral & written, good stakeholder management skills, good analytical and presentation skills, who can multitask with eye for detail, self driven and corporate presence.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage Corporate communication (internal & external) in coordination with top management.
  • Manage company’s social media platforms like LinkedIn, X & Instagram, etc.
  • ⁠Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible – highlight and priorities those that need Executive Leadership Team (ELT) attention.
  • ⁠Calendar management: Plan and maintain ELT’s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings
  • ⁠Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
  • ⁠Type up notes, management emails, business presentations and reports; circulate and file information effectively.
  • Travel and accommodation booking for senior management as and when required.
  • ⁠Attend all management, Leadership, and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points.
  • ⁠Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers, 
  • maintain good relationship management.
  • ⁠Prepare presentations and MIS and analytical reports as required by the management.


Required Candidate profile: (Female candidate preferred)

  • A graduate with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience as an EA,
  • Experience in handling multiple executives (HODs) as EA.
  • Experience in corporate social media management and communication.
  • Excellent communication
