Position : HR Executive
Salary: 3.00 LPA to 4.20 LPA
Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle , attendance, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Monitor performance management processes and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
