Position : HR Executive

Salary: 3.00 LPA to 4.20 LPA

Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle , attendance, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Monitor performance management processes and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
