Key Responsibilities:

DSA Management: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to achieve business targets.

Business Development: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance product penetration.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other key stakeholders.

Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to improve products and services for increased revenue generation.

Operations Management: Oversee print production, receipt, and distribution of key materials.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize channel effectiveness.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for DSAs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Service: Ensure superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in DSA handling, preferably in the Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, or LAP segment.

Age Limit: 38 years and below

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
