Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to lead our Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Auto Lubrication business verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end business strategy, P&L management, sales growth, operations, and customer relationship management across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of industrial automation, lubrication systems, and electrical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Define and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for electrical and lubrication solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Oversee business expansion, new product launches, and geographic expansion.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Lead the sales team, set KPIs, and ensure target achievement.
- Build relationships with industrial customers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategies for both business verticals.
- Leverage digital marketing and lead generation channels for business growth.
Operations & Supply Chain Management:
- Streamline supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure product quality and service efficiency.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth business operations.
- Ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support for lubrication and electrical solutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Establish a performance-driven work culture with regular training programs.
- Set clear goals for sales, service, and operations teams.
Financial & P&L Management:
- Drive cost optimization strategies while ensuring product quality.
- Monitor P&L and ensure financial growth in both verticals.
- Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and ensure financial discipline.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with proactive engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and build long-term relationships.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and offer innovative service models.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- Industry Experience: 10+ years in industrial automation, lubrication systems, or electrical equipment.
- Strong leadership & P&L management experience.
- Proven track record in driving sales, managing operations, and handling business expansions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra as required.
