Job Description:

Below are the key activities to be performed by an AOM for the mapped Branch:

  1. Handling Customer Escalation
  2. Closure of Bank Account - Open items
  3. Responsible for Liquidation of Repo cases within decided TAT.
  4. Responsible for increase the Average selling Price
  5. Ensuring efficient processes, Productivity, and quality standards
  6. Managing a team of operational staff.
  7. Implementing strategies to improve performance
  8. Enhance the customer satisfaction
  9. Ensure 100% Compliance of Process and policies
  10. Ensure achievement of targets for:
    1. PI & Charges collection for the branch
    2. Cross sale of Insurance & Lead generation
    3. Conduct Service Camps at Branch & Non-Branch locations
