Job Description:
Below are the key activities to be performed by an AOM for the mapped Branch:
- Handling Customer Escalation
- Closure of Bank Account - Open items
- Responsible for Liquidation of Repo cases within decided TAT.
- Responsible for increase the Average selling Price
- Ensuring efficient processes, Productivity, and quality standards
- Managing a team of operational staff.
- Implementing strategies to improve performance
- Enhance the customer satisfaction
- Ensure 100% Compliance of Process and policies
- Ensure achievement of targets for:
- PI & Charges collection for the branch
- Cross sale of Insurance & Lead generation
- Conduct Service Camps at Branch & Non-Branch locations
