Job Summary:
The Territory Manager – Home Loans is responsible for driving home loan sales, managing a sales team, and expanding the company's presence in the assigned territory. This role involves business development, relationship management, and team leadership to achieve growth and revenue targets while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve home loan sales targets in the assigned territory.

Identify and onboard potential customers through direct sales, builder tie-ups, and channel partnerships.

Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales efforts.
2. Channel & Partner Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, financial advisors, and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).

Develop and manage channel partners to enhance loan disbursement numbers.

Provide training and support to sales partners to improve home loan conversions.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure a seamless customer experience from loan application to disbursement.

Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.

Address and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
4. Team Management & Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and motivation programs.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with the credit and risk teams for loan approvals and underwriting processes
