Job Title: Admin Assistant

Scope of Work:
• Handle administrative requests and queries from the senior manager.
• Organize and monitor the senior manager's calendar, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled appropriately.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and department engagements.
• Plan meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, and letters.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents and records.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience with graphic applications (e.g., Photoshop) for creating presentations and visuals.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems for administrative functions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior management and colleagues.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant position.
• Prior experience in the petrochemical or oil industry is preferred.
• Experience with SABIC or similar organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
