Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 4 to 7 years in the same industry
Age Limit: Up to 35

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Procurement & Vendor Management

• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.

• Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers for bulk purchasing.

• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure better pricing and on-time deliveries.

• Monitor supplier performance based on quality, lead time, and reliability.

✅ Inventory Planning & Stock Replenishment

• Monitor warehouse stock levels and forecast demand based on sales trends.

• Implement bulk procurement and Just-In-Time (JIT) purchasing strategies.

• Control inventory to avoid stockouts, overstocking, and dead stock.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient SKU organization and storage.

✅ Purchase Order (PO) Management & Documentation

• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track supplier order fulfillment.

• Maintain procurement records, invoices, and supplier agreements.

• Work with finance teams to ensure cost tracking and timely payments.

✅ Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Coordinate with logistics partners for freight management and transport cost optimization.

• Ensure efficient warehouse storage solutions and pallet racking.

✅ Cost Optimization & Supplier Negotiation

• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Negotiate bulk purchase discounts and payment terms.

• Develop and track procurement budgets and expenses.

✅ Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Conduct quality checks on received goods.

• Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and raw material fluctuations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration.
✔ 4 to 7 years of experience in procurement, warehouse purchasing, or supply chain management.
✔ Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
✔ Expertise in vendor negotiation, demand forecasting, and cost optimization.
✔ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
