We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager with in-depth accounting knowledge, strong command of Zoho and Tally, and prior experience in Coworking or leasing-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Management
- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, receipts, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books and Tally.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for management review.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide a small accounts team for timely and error-free work.
- Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations completed by team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide training for process improvement.
- Zoho & Tally Expertise
- Manage Zoho Books for client invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation.
- Integrate and cross-verify data between Zoho and Tally systems.
- Generate customized Zoho reports for management insights.
- Coworking Industry Accounting
- Handle client billing, rentals, deposits, and refunds specific to coworking operations.
- Track shared expenses, AMC costs, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with leasing, operations, and admin teams for financial alignment.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Present financial summaries and variance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 7–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Coworking, real estate, or leasing sector.
- CA INTERN /CA
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Leadership experience in handling a small accounts team.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
Candidate Preference
- Male candidate below 38 years of age.
- Residing near Noida Sector 62 or nearby areas (Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Vaishali, or Noida Extension).
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
