Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the co-working space industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality standards in workspace design, setup, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage co-working space projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Oversee site selection, design, construction, and operational setup for new co-working spaces.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and workplace policies.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and procurement of materials and services.
  • Monitor and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in project execution.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate, co-working spaces, or commercial interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of workspace design, fit-out projects, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Good understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in launching multiple co-working or commercial real estate projects.
