Job Description:

Working Days Monday to Saturday (8.5 hrs for Female) (9 hrs for Male)

Roles & Responsibilities

HR Operations: Manage the complete employee life-cycle, from on-boarding to exit, ensuring efficient HR processes.

HRMS Management: Optimize and maintain HRMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

Compliance & Policies: Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.

Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.

Compensation & Payroll: Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

Reporting & Analytics: Provide key HR metrics and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing HR team.

Grievances & People Management:

Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes effectively.
Lead employee relations programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of manufacturing / Plant experience. 
  • Including at least 10 years in a management role. 
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, compensation structures,
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • A track record of managing employee grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR management systems is an advantage.
