Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and generate leads
- Explain property details and schedule site visits
- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year of tele sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
- Phone usage not allowed during working hours due to data security

He will start fresh with no current team or employee. Manjeet is sub-ordinate to the director who will co-ordinate on his behalf.
The shift timings will be - 9:30 am-6:30 pm. -cab facility at Dwarka expressway- 9:00- 15 min halt only- drop at 6:30 pm
