Job Description:

Position:        Sales & Marketing - Head

Location:         Agra

Experience:    9 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Regional Expansion
  • Develop and execute a regional and national sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify high-potential markets, distributors, and retailer clusters to increase market share.
  • Set and achieve area-wise and national sales targets, continuously analyzing performance trends.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize regional penetration and tailor approaches to specific market needs.
  • Oversee the buy-back and re-polishing programs, ensuring smooth execution at a regional level.
  • Sales Forecasting & Listing Readiness
  • Project sales performance area-wise and nationally, aligning with the company’s vision for listing.
  • Develop data-driven sales forecasts to support financial planning and investor expectations.
  • Implement CRM and sales analytics tools to monitor regional and national performance.
  • Provide regular reports on market demand, revenue trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Marketing & Brand Positioning
  • Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns to drive retailer engagement and sales.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence in key markets through digital marketing and trade promotions.
  • Position the brand directly to consumers while maintaining strong B2B relationships.
  • Plan and execute participation in regional and national trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Channel Management & Customer Relations:
  • Expand and strengthen the retailer and dealer network, ensuring high engagement in all regions.
  • Customize sales and marketing efforts based on regional consumer preferences and demand.
  • Establish a customer feedback loop to improve service quality and product offerings.
  • Drive customer education and training programs to enhance retailer knowledge about silver chains.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead, mentor, and train the regional sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the product development and production teams to align market demand with product offerings.
  • Work closely with finance to develop region-specific pricing strategies that maximize profitability.

 Required Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the jewelry or fashion accessories industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional and national market dynamics, distribution channels, and retailer expectations.
  • Proven ability to forecast sales trends, analyze market data, and drive business growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and retail activation strategies.
  • Experience in scaling a company toward IPO readiness is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market visits, dealer interactions, and trade events.

 

Required Qualification:- MBA/BBA - Marketing
