Job Title: Sales Manager – International Business (Plastic Masterbatches)

Location: Gurgaon, India

About the Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic masterbatches, supplying high-quality raw materials to clients across multiple countries and continents. The company is undergoing an overhaul of its raw material manufacturing facility and is expanding its global footprint.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – International Business to drive global sales, manage client relationships, and expand business operations in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business negotiations, and frequent international travel for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new international clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze global trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Travel abroad to meet clients, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Manage pricing, sales forecasting, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in plastic masterbatches or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of global trade practices and international business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals in international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various international locations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience dealing with clients in Europe, Middle East, or Southeast Asia.
  • Understanding of polymer, plastics, or chemical industry trends.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
