Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell our financial products,
Virtual CFO services, and related financial services offerings. Drive revenue growth by
targeting businesses seeking outsourced financial management and advisory services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, CFOs, and other key
stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and present tailored
financial solutions. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Leverage a deep understanding of financial products and services (including Virtual
CFO, accounting solutions, and financial advisory services) to consult and provide clients
with the best possible solutions. Position your offerings to align with client business goals
and financial strategies.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to engage with financial
services solutions.
Networking & Event Promotion:
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking forums to expand
brand presence and generate qualified leads. Promote networking events and speaking
opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility within the financial services industry.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
Conduct in-depth product presentations to prospects and clients, demonstrating how our
financial services can meet their needs. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals by
effectively addressing client concerns and delivering optimal value.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Finance to create
targeted sales campaigns and enhance product offerings. Collaborate to ensure seamless
delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in the
financial services sector. Provide feedback on market needs and customer preferences.
Regularly report on sales performance, forecasted pipeline, and achievements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
MBA in Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A strong background in finance,
accounting, or financial services is essential.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years of experience selling
financial products, services, or solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets,
particularly in the financial services or corporate advisory sector.
Technical Skills:
o Deep understanding of financial products and services, especially Virtual CFO,
accounting, and financial advisory solutions.
o Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing
sales pipelines and customer interactions.
o Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to
build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
o Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
o Self-motivated, driven to exceed targets, and able to work autonomously or as
part of a team.
o Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple leads and
opportunities effectively.
