You’re the glue that holds everything together—the master of execution, the guardian of timelines, and the guru of client delight. You’ve been around the marketing block, know how to juggle multiple clients without breaking a sweat, and can turn every challenge into an opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Agency Operations: Own end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, from creative to media to production.
• Client Relationship Jedi: Manage key client accounts, deepen relationships, and ensure our partners keep coming back for more.
• Account Growth Wizardry: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strategize new business avenues, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Process & Efficiency Rockstar: Develop and optimize internal processes for seamless project execution.
• Strategy & Execution Maestro: Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring top-notch quality and impact.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle crisis situations, manage client expectations, and ensure every project meets its deadline (and exceeds expectations!).

What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 10-12 years of experience in client servicing, marketing operations, or agency leadership.
✔️ A proven track record of growing client accounts and delivering kickass campaigns.
✔️ The ability to speak both ‘client’ and ‘creative’ fluently.
✔️ A knack for multitasking—because handling multiple clients and campaigns is your superpower.
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills (you’ll be leading teams and making things happen!).
✔️ A solutions-first attitude—problems don’t scare you, they excite you!
