We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Draftsman to join our team. The Junior Draftsman will assist in the creation and revision of technical drawings, plans, and blueprints for construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software and will work closely with senior draftsmen, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate and high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes or improvements.
Work with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
Ensure designs meet industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.
Support senior draftsmen and other team members with drafting tasks as needed.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on potential improvements.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of basic engineering principles and drafting standards is a plus.

Experience:
Previous experience or internships in drafting or a related field are preferred but not required.
