 Responsibilities:

• Supervise Production Team: Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians to ensure smooth production processes.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Optimize Production Processes: Monitor and continuously improve production efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow.
• Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to new employees and existing team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Inventory Management: Ensure raw materials, chemicals, and equipment are available for production without overstocking or shortages.
• Production Scheduling: Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery deadlines and maintain workflow consistency.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and serviced to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Report Production Metrics: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance, including output, downtime, and any issues.
• Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other teams (maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain) to ensure seamless operations.
• Cost Management: Control production costs by minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
• Team Motivation: Foster a positive and productive work environment to maintain high employee morale and motivation.

 Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good Management skills
• High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Ability to influence and build relationships, motivating and inspiring others through effective communication and presentation skills

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech  - Chemical
