Inside Sales Executive - MALE
Job Description:
Working Days Monday to Friday - 6.30pm to 7am (No pick and drop)
Roles & Responsibilities
Talking to doctors $ take orders.
Make Sales order
Prepare sales report
Handling company sales number / whatsapp / Mail.
Sales Focus for Each Clinic and Group:
1- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for each clinic and the group as a whole.
2- Work closely with clinic staff to understand their needs and challenges, and tailor sales solutions accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
1) Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for sales and operational support.
2) Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to understand clinic needs and address any concerns.( work with field sales team)
Continuous Improvement:
1- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in sales and operational processes.
2- Implement best practices and lessons learned to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction
Education and Experience
- The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ideal candidate should be ready to accept challenges and possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience into International process.
- Experience required Minimum 6month
- Experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Calling.
- Good knowledge of basic computer applications
- She must be well versed in Phone collections , retention , Case conversion , Cross selling and Escalation Handling.
- Candidate having good communication in English and presentable personality is required.
- Minimum 12 th Passed out.
