GULBRANDSEN TECHNOLOGIES (I) PVT LTD JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title IT Infrastructure Manager Department GRO-IT Reports To Director - IT Location GRO Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in (In Years): 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our on-prem & cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS and GCP cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining complex IT environments. Experience with Linux systems is highly desirable. S.No. Key Responsibility Areas 1 Cloud Infrastructure Management - Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP platforms - Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud resources - Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization - Implement and maintain cloud security best practices - Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans 2 System Administration - Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers, network devices, and storage systems - Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues - Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems - Implement and maintain system security measures 3 Team Leadership - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT staff - Collaborate within the IT Infra team & Software team to ensure seamless integration of systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends 4 Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and processes - Generate regular reports on system performance and capacity Preferred Qualifications : - Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems - Proven experience managing AWS and GCP cloud environments with relevant certifications (AWSCSA, GCCPCA) - Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols - Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competencies: Job Specific Competencies Required Competency Level Required Intelligence L4 Energy L4 Creativity L4 Communications - Oral & Written L5 Resourcefulness L5 Customer Focus L4 Proficiency Scale L1=Beginner; L2=Emerging; L3=Intermediate; L4= Proficient; L5= Expert
