Job Description for E-Commerce Executive:
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. Experience selling / listing products on an online marketplace.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practice and digital marketing.
- Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn including setting budgets.
- Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications.
- Responsible for consumers engagement and attending to customer's enquiries on day-to day basis.
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Execute activities driven by Google analytics & Google search console.
- Implement the e-commerce activities.
- Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Promote good service performance.
- Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
