Job Description for E-Commerce Executive:

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. Experience selling / listing products on an online marketplace.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practice and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn including setting budgets.
  • Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications.
  • Responsible for consumers engagement and attending to customer's enquiries on day-to day basis.
  • Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
  • Execute activities driven by Google analytics & Google search console.
  • Implement the e-commerce activities.
  • Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms.
  • Promote good service performance.
  • Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
  • Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
