  • Working Days – 6 Days
  • Work Location –  Umbergaon
  • Experience – 5-10 Yrs.

  • Job Description –
  • To prepare safe product in terms of hazards.
  • Coordination between Mixing, Rotary, oven and packing.
  • Daily Production planning VS Achievement.
  • Production failure gap finding.
  • Daily Weekly production planning as per machine availability.
  • Material follow-up from PM store, RM Store and purchase department.
  • Coordination between maintenance and production from breakdowns.
  • Monitoring of rework and wrapper wastage.
  • Improve efficiency. Ensure smooth production.
  • Development of subordinates.
  • Reduction in market complaint.
  • Improving Quality and Productivity.
  • Training and controlling / monitoring work of supervisors.
  • Manpower Handling.
  • Daily Verification and Signing all forms and records regarding production.
  • Maintaining plant hygiene and hygiene checklist.
  • Daily taste evaluation of FG products.
  • Verification of supervisor, shift in charge responsibilities.
  • Daily work related coordination between production, maintenance and with directors.
  • Preventive maintenance plan on weekly basis with maintenance and production team.
  • Daily autonomous maintenance checklist verification.
  • Changes for improving quality and counter raw material defects.
  • Participation in trouble shooting activities of shop floor.
  • Identification of training need employees and coordination with HR.
  • MRM and will ensure that suitable corrective and preventive actions are being taken.
  • Final Visual check of Product to ensure the Quality
  • To ensure fulfilment of GMP/GHP, SOP & SSOP.
  • Adhere to rules and regulations of food safety norms set by JPBPL.
  • Adhere to TACCP
  • Allergen training to be provide to respective teammates.
  • Knowledge on BRC requirement, Parle Quality System (PQS), Hazard, Allergen, TACCP and VACCP is required.

  • Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
