Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review and update safety protocols to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable local, national, and international safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the development of preventive measures.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Promote continuous learning and awareness of safety best practices.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Coordinate regular drills and training to ensure readiness for potential emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and compliance status.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Effective operation of ETP to get the desired outlet quality of effluent which should be lesser than the GPCB norms.
• Conducting and participating in Hazop/PSSR/GRA/JSA/MOC/External Audits.
• Development in technical competence with HSSE.

 Required Skills:

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech- Chemical + PDIS/AIDS

Salary: - Up to 45.00 LPA
