Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our B2B and corporate sales initiatives.
This includes client acquisition, partnerships with hospitality chains, cafes, wellness centers, and
building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch Teaquil for wellness gifting, pantry supply, and institutional sales
Build partnerships with hotels, cafes, retreats, and corporate clients
Execute B2B campaigns, sampling, and events
Drive channel partnerships and distributor onboarding
Represent the brand at expos, events, and networking platforms
Requirements:
3+ years in B2B/Corporate Sales (FMCG, Wellness, F&B preferred)
Strong network in HR gifting, hospitality, or corporate procurement
Great communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven and open to travel
Compensation: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives
