Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industries like Plywood, Veneer, Tiles, Architectural Products, Doors & Windows, Paints, or Adhesives. This is a field-intensive role that requires extensive travel and direct interaction with clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Madhya Pradesh.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables.
Organize and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 4-6 years in sales roles within the specified industries.
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Travel: Willing to travel extensively (approximately 20 days a month).
Gender: Male candidates only.
