Job Description:

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / MBA in HR preferred
Job Location: Modhera, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Process:
  Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• Employee Engagement Activities:
  Planning and executing team-building events, birthday celebrations, and employee recognition programs to boost morale and retention.

• Maintaining Employee Records & Documentation:
  Keeping accurate and up-to-date HR files and employee databases.

• Attendance & Leave Management:
  Monitoring and managing daily attendance, leave records, and holiday schedules.

• Payroll Coordination:
  Assisting in salary processing, resolving payroll queries, and coordinating with the accounts department.

• Performance Management Support:
  Assisting in the implementation of appraisal systems and tracking employee performance metrics.

• HR Policies & Compliance:
  Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws; updating policies when needed.

• Handling HR Operations & Day-to-Day Activities:
  Supporting various administrative tasks, handling employee queries, and contributing to a smooth HR workflow.

• Training & Development Assistance:
  Coordinating induction programs and skill development sessions for employees.
