Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare high-quality design concepts and detailed drawings for:

  • Interior and architectural works

  • Landscaping works

  • Interior fit-outs and custom joinery

• Lead the design process from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details.

• Supervise and guide junior designers and draftsmen as required.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the design is being implemented accurately.

• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to bring innovation to design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in interior design and fit-out.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Professional, presentable appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics and functionality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
