Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the display counters.

• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge.

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the store or management.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or jewellery sales (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

• Fluency in English and local language(s) is an advantage.

• Trustworthy and able to handle high-value products responsibly.

• Customer-centric attitude with a passion for luxury retail.
