We Are Hiring Elevator Testing and Commissioning Engineer In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Elevator Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Installation / Projects / Engineering
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Commissioning Manager / Project Manager
(Only Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-commissioning and final testing of elevator systems in accordance with technical specifications and standards.

• Conduct inspections to verify mechanical, electrical, and control system readiness.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during testing and coordinate resolutions with the installation and engineering teams.

• Execute safety and functionality checks as per relevant codes (EN 81, IS 14665, etc.).

• Document test results, prepare commissioning reports, and obtain necessary approvals.

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients for inspection schedules and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company quality standards during testing activities.

• Support the handover process to clients by demonstrating system functionality.

• Maintain records of tools, equipment, and calibration certificates used during testing.

• Provide technical support during maintenance or upgrade of existing elevator systems when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in elevator/lift testing and commissioning.

• In-depth knowledge of elevator systems including traction, hydraulic, and machine-room-less (MRL) systems.

• Familiarity with elevator safety codes and compliance standards (e.g., EN 81, ISO, IS codes).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

• Hands-on experience with testing equipment and diagnostic tools.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
