ey Responsibilities:

• Production Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise SS tube production activities to meet targets.

  • Monitor machine performance, output quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure adherence to production deadlines with minimal downtime.

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the tube mill operators, technicians, and shift supervisors.

  • Train and mentor team members to enhance skill levels and productivity.

  • Enforce discipline and create a performance-driven culture.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure products meet customer and regulatory quality standards.

  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies.

  • Implement quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintenance Coordination:

  • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of tube mill machinery.

  • Liaise with the maintenance team to reduce downtime and improve machine life.

• Process Optimization:

  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for process improvements.

• Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in the production area.

  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
