Regional Sales Manager - CRT- Commercial retail loan - Delhi
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To lead the commercial retail loans business in the assigned region by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining asset quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and drive penetration into untapped markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers/Executives and channel partners.
Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews and mentoring.
Business Development:
Drive acquisition of new customers in commercial retail/SME loan segments (e.g., LAP, working capital loans, unsecured business loans).
Build strong relationships with key channel partners, DSAs, and connectors.
Portfolio & Risk Management:
Ensure portfolio health by monitoring asset quality, delinquency, and NPA levels.
Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless processing and underwriting.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to internal policies and RBI/NBFC regulations.
Provide regular MIS and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Relevant certifications in credit or finance are a plus
