Job Title: Customer Care Associate (CCA)

Department: Customer Service / Support
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Team Lead
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Amravati ( Maharashtra )
(Only Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and promptly.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader.

• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.

• Stay updated with product knowledge and company processes.

• Adhere to all company protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, or call center tools.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
