Skills Required:

1. Interior Design Knowledge:

           Strong understanding of home décor, color coordination, space planning, and furniture layout to provide end-to-end design solutions.

2. Customer-Centric Approach:

           Ability to understand customer preferences and requirements, and translate them into practical and aesthetic design recommendations.

3. Proficiency in Design Software:

          Familiarity with interior design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, or company-specific platforms) to create layouts, especially for DS (Design Studio) sites including fitted furniture solutions.

4. Retail Sales & Product Knowledge:

          Ability to work in a retail environment, with a thorough understanding of the product range and how to present options that best suit customer needs.

5. Communication Skills:

          Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, build rapport, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultation:
   Provide complete design solutions to customers, including guidance on color schemes, décor elements, and furnishings, while understanding and incorporating the existing features of their homes.

2. Product Demonstration and Tools Usage:
   Use various tools and technologies to assist customers in selecting the most suitable products from a wide range of home furnishing options.

3. Retail Engagement:
   Work in a dynamic retail environment, engaging with a diverse customer base across different age groups and income levels, with a commitment to a 6-day workweek and 8.5-hour daily shifts.

4. Customer Experience:
   Ensure a stress-free and enjoyable consultation experience for customers by maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach throughout the interaction.

5. Professional Appearance and Conduct:
   Adhere to grooming standards and professional etiquette while on duty to represent the brand positively.
