Job Description & skills:

• Overall industry experience: 12+ years
• Hands on experience of requirement gathering & analysis (7+yrs, 15+ projects), mobile app related projects.
• Coordinate with various business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements. Conduct design thinking workshops. Create user journeys to articulate as-is processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to groom the backlog, conduct sessions to make the team understand the requirements, assist in sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.
• Experience In direct interactions with the business & IT stakeholders, cross functional teams. (Preferably South Africa customers management)
• Hands on experience in working on Angular & cloud projects as business analyst.
• Awareness/Understanding of technical landscape – (Basic level)
• Mobile app requirements, User experience, testing, NFRs
• Mirco-services architecture
• Angular 9x, performance testing
• Cloud (AWS)
• WhatsApp integration
• Creating reports in PowerBI
• Hands on experience as SCRUM Agile processes (2+yrs)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Understanding of the Learning Management Domain.
• Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and handling escalations.
• Very good interpersonal skills.

Certification/Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• Certification in Business Analysis, BA-BOK
