Job Description:

First Class Mines Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mining operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production. Key duties include:

• Planning & Execution: Oversee mining activities, production, and resource extraction.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and mining laws.

• Workforce Management: Supervise labor, manage training, and optimize team performance.

• Equipment Management: Ensure the maintenance and efficient use of mining machinery.

• Reporting & Documentation: Regularly report production, safety, and compliance status to senior management.

• Cost Management: Monitor and control budget and resource usage.
