Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Forecast sales volumes and plan targets by product, territory, and channel.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and training.
• Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric sales culture.
• Channel & Distribution Management
• Expand and manage dealer/distributor network.
• Ensure proper channel engagement, inventory management, and conflict resolution.
• Implement schemes, promotional offers, and marketing activities at the ground level.
• Business Development
• Identify new market opportunities and expand business for pan India
• Build strategic partnerships with key accounts (e.g., builders, architects, institutions).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Regularly review sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability at regional and product levels.
• Track ROI on campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, product development, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Provide market feedback for product improvement and new product development.

Key Requirements:
• Education: Graduations (preferable MBA/PGDM in Marketing)
• Experience: 15- 20 years in B2C/ trade sales/ Channel Sales; minimum 5-10 years in a senior leadership role in the Decorative paints
