Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Business Administration Executive for a reputed Builder in the Real Estate Industry in the Navi Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing real estate project operations, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Handle client communication, schedule meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update property and project databases.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams for timely execution of documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
• Support in budgeting, vendor management, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations across real estate projects.
• Lead vendor management, procurement processes, and contract handling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Support leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, and business development activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a business administration or operations role (Real Estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of real estate industry processes will be an advantage.
